Tomoyuki Hara
A budding sushi chef with 27 years of experience as a hairdresser and 4 years in a sushi restaurant. He chose the path of a sushi chef as a new learning opportunity in life. During that time, he listened to the opinions of his friends and customers from overseas, and began learning English in order to convey Japanese culture to tourists from overseas. From now on, he would like to convey Japanese culture through sushi while communicating well with more tourists from overseas.
